  • Do you offer refunds?

    I don’t issue them personally since bookings are made directly with hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers. But don’t worry—I’ll clearly disclose each supplier’s cancellation and refund policy for your review and approval before I book anything on your behalf.

    When it comes to my own services—like custom itinerary planning—those fees are non-refundable. That’s because a ton of time, care, and research goes into crafting your perfect trip (~15+ hrs). However, you’re always welcome to request edits, changes, and adjustments before giving the final thumbs-up. I’m here to make sure it feels just right.

  • Do you have booking minimums?

    Absolutely not! I work with all budgets, big and small.

  • What if the price of my booking drops?

    If your exact room drops by $50 or more and at least 5% of your total booking, I’ll let you know! We can rebook to save or use the difference for an upgrade—I monitor for price drops before you depart.
